I’ll agree his voice is kinda strange, but his lyrics are amazing. Its best to listen to Daniel Johnston music thats covered by other artists.
I went to Austin last weekend and saw his Hi, How Are You frog thing near UT, pretty cool. I found out about Daniel Johnston through M. Ward, pretty sweet stuff. My fav one of his is True Love Will Find You.
A news reporter and photographer named Randall Hill mentioned this guy to me. I just checked it out. I love it.
